“This business of ours started by luck, hard work, buckets of sweat and so many hours. We work with our children who grew up in it but don’t feel the same passion. Your comments of how it is difficult to build relationships outside of your business is so true. When you love what you do it is your job, your passion and what you do everyday because you love it and want to continue to grow it in the direction that now is more in line of our retirement years. Our retirement years mean still working but in a way that is more satisfying everyday.
