“I listen to podcasts that are well produced, edited, and (arguably) scripted… then I listened to the Field and Garden podcast. The format is relaxed yet informative. It’s such a pleasant podcast to listen to! She describes what she’s doing in the moment and it makes the podcast feel more “homey” rather than “studio.” Lisa Mason Ziegler reminds me of many of my favorite nurse educators and mentors (except she’s a flower farmer) because she’s great at teaching, wise, experienced, and has a great (and sometimes adorable) perspective. I especially value how she encourages native plantings, even as a flower farmer. I’m loving her new, more frequent cadence. A must listen to if you are feeling overwhelmed by your gardening expectations or if you want to learn more about flower farming/gardening!”
