# 15 - The Art of Happiness
Listen now
Description
In this episode, I share a story of how I was overwhelmed a few weeks ago and the way I grounded myself in spite of this. In particular, I started to look outward (i.e. I started to pay attention to the people and things around me). In turn, this brought my spirits back up. It reminded me that some of the happiest moments in my life are when I am paying attention to someone or something other than myself. Music for the podcast is composed by Harold Malcolm.
