Description
There is a bundle of nerves in our brain-stem responsible for affirming our internal beliefs. It is called the Reticular Activating System.  It is the neuroscience behind self-fulfilling prophecies, connecting our subconscious inner world to our conscious outer world.  It is a feedback loop of incessant validation for your own internal belief systems.  It is why we are able to sort and sift through millions of stimuli, of external data, and organize it into meaningful bits we live our lives by.  On part 2 of the Law of Attraction series, we talk about rewiring our brains to look for the good and claiming internal power by stepping away from the normal chat around transcendental spirituality and grounding this portion of the series in logic, reasoning, and psychological underpinnings.  In ways that our brains can understand.  So that we can step outside of them. So that we can create presence, right where we are. So that we can be okay, right where we are.  How can we learn from other people? How can we learn to, instead of feeling envy, feel inspiration? How can we learn to live our lives solely for ourselves and step away from the perceptions of others?  How can we learn to be okay where we are? To enjoy where we are?  It's not about denying the hard moments, or pretending that they don't exist. It's about knowing that those moments are simply that --- moments in your life. They are not your life.  You get to choose what defines your life.  You get to decide.  You get to enjoy. You get to create. To be lucky, simply - we wake up.  xx  TikTok: butterflyfountain Instagram: figuringshiiitout Personal Instagram: 222vgf
