Updated review
Ok I’m reviewing this on my husband’s account. I couldn’t believe my luck when I discovered this podcast. Truly interesting and entertaining. I have heard many episodes and find my self making lists of answers to the questions he asks. It’s really difficult to define exactly which films I want to pick because I love so many films, I am definitely a film nerd. I enjoy listening to this podcast even if I don’t know his guests. Brilliant. I love films by Jean-Pierre Jeunet the most. But I watch all kinds of films. I think the one film I would take with me forever would be Labyrinth by Jim Henson. About death - I almost died going home from the drive-in one night, true story. Had a near death experience at the time, I was 12 years old. So for me films and death kind of marked me for the rest of my life. I studied film history at university, so I can be a film snob from time to time and love the Criterion channel.

I started with episode 6 because I am a huge Steven Cree fan. I loved the episode so much that I downloaded 3 more to listen to on my morning runs. Thank you for this 1:12 minutes of laughter and knowledge! Brilliant.

I’m a film student, absolutely adore all things film and this podcast just feels like the perfect medium to further discuss the conversation surrounding our favourite topic. The guests are great, Brett is a brilliant host and it’s just an all-round guaranteed great listen. Highly recommend!
