“Ok I’m reviewing this on my husband’s account. I couldn’t believe my luck when I discovered this podcast. Truly interesting and entertaining. I have heard many episodes and find my self making lists of answers to the questions he asks. It’s really difficult to define exactly which films I want to pick because I love so many films, I am definitely a film nerd. I enjoy listening to this podcast even if I don’t know his guests. Brilliant. I love films by Jean-Pierre Jeunet the most. But I watch all kinds of films. I think the one film I would take with me forever would be Labyrinth by Jim Henson. About death - I almost died going home from the drive-in one night, true story. Had a near death experience at the time, I was 12 years old. So for me films and death kind of marked me for the rest of my life. I studied film history at university, so I can be a film snob from time to time and love the Criterion channel.”
