Interviews/stories with fascinating people connected with coffee
Well-researched, well-produced show about the human stories behind coffee. The first two episodes tell two very different but equally interesting stories about people working within the coffee production chain, set in the context of wider local/global events and utilizing first-hand interview footage. An interesting concept and worth a listen even if you’re not a coffee fan! Recommended if you like human stories in the vein of This American Life or Humans of New York.

I have just listened to the debut story and I am so excited for the next. James has a beautiful speaking voice and a very kind and curious character shines through his gentle questioning. It was beautifully structured with an evocative sound scape from the real place. Bring on Episode 2!

This is a very very in-depth coffee industry podcast James goes in very deeply to all of the stories behind roasting producing and drinking coffee. It is really really worth listening to. I am a coffee roaster for the unseen Bean coffee Company.
