Almost ideal
I’ve sped through season 1 and about half of season 2, and this podcast is almost perfect. Early on, I loved the advice and actionable plans. Season 2 has brought a lot of really interesting people, but it borders on shaming the listener for not having a side hustle. I read all the negative reviews to see what other listeners thought, and some of the complaints I would argue come from internalized misogyny, but there are a few valid critiques of the repetition and the fluff that seem to be on the rise. I would rather have fewer and/or shorter episodes with solid advice than the abundance of episodes with whole sections I could do without. The inspiration I’ve felt from this podcast has propelled me to take action and solidify my financial groundwork, but that motivation is waning lately. I don’t want to skip whole episodes, but the titles sometimes don’t match the content or the dynamic between Tori and the guest is kind of unpleasant. I’m hoping it gets better again!

Tori has been such a valuable staple in my financial education! I am so pleased to have her coming into the podcast space to continue sharing this VITAL info. Bye bye boring financial jargon and eye-rolling condescending adults shaming the millennial / gen z cohorts. Tori is a national treasure.
