“Found Tori on Instagram a couple months ago when I started trying to educate myself on personal finance (especially balancing debt payoff with building wealth). Unlike pretty much every other resource I could find, Tori doesn’t preach that every penny needs to go to debt payoff and that you shouldn’t enjoy life because you have debt. She has a frank and well rounded approach to money and a passion for social justice, with the (10000% correct) view that systemic financial inequality is the biggest hurdle women, especially women of color, face. This theme is present in every episode. She doesn’t just talk about investing or budgeting, but gives the listener actionable things they can do to reach their goals.”
