I listened to 1 so far ... Robyn
It was so amazing! By the end of it I was taking notes on how I’m going to sort out my life!! The stuff they talk about is so relevant to everyone because: we all have mental health. This is how, at the end of the podcast, Annie Mac summarised what Robyn explained about therapy/psychoanalysis: “If you feel like you in a rut, don’t feel afraid to try and find a way to have conversations and to really deep dive into your life and draw a map and explore what’s underneath the boat of your existence” Also more specifically super worth a listen if your an artist, Robyn does being an artist so well, she’s so inspiring! Annie is an amazing interviewer as well (I’m super picky about interviewers 😅), she‘s managed to strike the perfect balance between conversation and questioning & listening and all the while is so kind and funny.
