Description
Jason Burke is the Head Coach at Lander University, a Division II program in Greenwood, South Carolina.  He began his collegiate baseball playing career at Lander University and finished it at Southern Wesleyan University in 2004.  Not soon after graduating he began his coaching career, spending 2006-2007 as an Assistant Coach at Wofford University.  Then, from 2008-2011 he was Assistant Coach at Gardner Webb University and from 2012-2016 returned back to Wofford University as an Assistant Coach.  In August of 2017 he was officially hired on as the Head Coach at Lander University, where he still remains.  This podcast is all about Developing Collegiate Pitchers.  We start off talking about Coach Burke’s velocity formula and how he helps his pitchers throw harder.   We than continue our conversation about Pitcher Development, discussing comp’s with Big Leaguers, teaching spin, creating a 90 mph arm and much more!  Lock into this podcast to hear an in-depth conversation about everything pitcher development with Division II Head Coach, Jason Burke.   --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/fiob/support
