Chris Lemonis is the Head Coach at Mississippi State University, a very well-known Division I program in the SEC.  He was a 1992 graduate at Citadel University and began his coaching career there, spending 12 seasons as an Assistant Coach.  He then spent the following 8 years as an Assistant Coach at Louisville University.
