Description
Chris Gresham is an Assistant Coach at D’Youville College, an NCAA Division II Private School in Buffalo, New York.  He played baseball collegiately at Virginia Wesleyan College and then transferred and graduated from SUNY Buffalo State College.  Next, he went to the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating in 1994.  He then spent the next 20 years as a prosecutor before receiving an opportunity to coach collegiate summer baseball in 2015.  Then, in 2016 he was an Assistant Coach at Clarion University and from 2017-2019 was an Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Finger Lakes Community College.  During the Spring of 2020 he was an Assistant Coach at Hilbert College and in January 2021 he was hired on at D’Youville College, where he still remains.  In this Podcast, we start off with Coach Gresham sharing what it’s like to be a minority coaching collegiate baseball.  We than continue that conversation, talking about being in the right place at the right time as a player or coach and increasing minority involvement in baseball.
