Ryan Crotin is the Vice President of ArmCare.com, the company being focused on individualized assessment and training for competitive overhand athletes.  A little background on Ryan Crotin starting from 2006 when he started his doctoral program at the University of Buffalo, focused on Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology. His doctorate took him 7 years and whilst obtaining it he did many other things.  From 2007-2008 he was a volunteer baseball coach and strength and conditioning coach at the University of Buffalo, from 2008-2009 he was a strength and conditioning coach within the St. Louis Cardinals organization, and from 2012-2014 he was a Major League strength and conditioning coach and roving coordinator within the Baltimore Orioles Organization.  Then after obtaining his doctorate degree, from 2015-2016 he was a post-doctoral researcher on human performance as well as the throwing clinic coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania.  From 2017-2018 he was a player performance coordinator within the Los Angeles Angels Minor League organization and in 2018 was promoted, spending 2018-2021 as the director of performance integration.  Now, currently he is the Vice President of ArmCare.com.
