“This is actually my first podcast review after thousands of hours of podcast listening, but I think these guys deserve it.
This podcast seems to find a great balance between being casual and informative. The hosts stay away from attempting to be an audio course for Swift, which is what I really like about this podcast. There are already plenty of other courses and books that can accomplish that goal much better than a podcast ever could. Plus, as a software engineering student I already receive enough rigid, boring lecturing on a daily basis.
Instead, the hosts casually introduce you to a Swift topic as if you were just talking about it with a friend that is more experienced with Swift. They have exposed me to concepts that I knew nothing about, which has helped me understand the ideas faster when I actually sit down to code, and they have cemented my understanding of concepts that I have already learned about in the past.
Please keep this podcast going. It has been extremely valuable to help with continually expanding my skills and maintaining my motivation to learn Swift.”
