Description
Welcome to the first edition of the Fishing for Answers podcast (formerly called the LC podcast). Your hosts, Glen Zollman and Matt Schneidman, were joined by Susan Leddick and Joan Wade, two experts in the field of ESAs - educational service agencies. In the inaugural episode, we look at what an ESA is, how its work differs from a school district or state DOE, how ESAs and other educational organizations can overcome the siloing of various groups and operate in a more collaborative environment. We also discuss the importance of measuring things that are hard to measure and touch upon the design process. We hope you enjoy the conversation as much as we did.
