I first found Dr. Shannon through her Instagram account, and my eyes were immediately opened to her philosophy that workouts can be both productive AND don’t have to cause your body extreme stress. Her podcast is an extension of that philosophy and answers any questions you may have about why less can do more for you. She covers a variety of topics and breaks each concept down for anybody to understand. I plan to keep listening and learning!
