Workouts I enjoy without adding discomfort!
I appreciate that Dr Shannon believes that joint health comes 1st rather than focusing on an exercise that is uncomfortable. This is what I’ve been looking for after ending my membership with Pure Barre. I really enjoyed PB because it was easy on my joints, specifically my knee and ankle with modifications. However, at almost $200 a month it was over my budget. I just finished my first free class in the Evlo app, Tone & Strengthen. I’m glad a friend shared EvIo on Instagram. I feel satisfied with the work out AND without knee or ankle pain! I can’t wait to take my 2nd class tomorrow morning.

I am so happy I came across Dr. Shannon’s Instagram and then discovered Evlo and this podcast. It is so easy to become focused on finding workouts that burn the most calories on your Apple Watch and that are filled with “hard” and fatiguing exercises.
