Best podcast on fitness that I’ve ever listen!
I discovered Dr. Shannon on Instagram in April 2021. At that time my right hip, knee, and shoulder were super sore and painful due to excessive exercises. I decided to start listening to her new podcast that she had just launched. Perfect timing. Listening to her speak out knowledge thru education and science made me think twice about the way I was overusing my joints. I’ve been listening to the podcast, and doing her workouts since April and I can tell you.. I don't have an achy hip, knee or shoulder. I’ve learned so much thru this podcast, and I definitely would recommend it. Give it a chance, what do you have to loose. I have arthritis and am so glad I’ve found a knowledgeable source to listen to when it comes to protecting your joints and not overdoing it. I have struggled with severe neck and back pain for a several years, Dr Shannon’s approach not only leaves my neck and back feeling good but I don’t feel bad for not killing myself in a gruelling workout. I would highly recommend the EVLO program and her podcast.
