Feel good knowledge
Randomly found Shannon on Instagram and have been doing her work out’s and listening to her podcast pretty religiously ever since. I’m a Hospital based PT and I am still constantly learning new fitness info from her. Her podcasts and classes are such a breath of fresh air that will make you feel empowered to take control of your fitness/health and feel good while doing it. Highly recommend!
