Learning so much
This podcast has been so valuable in changing my mindset about exercise. I am understanding why I don’t feel my best with a daily intense workout (so tired) & I’m feeling much better following her approach. Dr Shannon is an expert in her field. I’ve enjoyed each podcast & looking forward to more!
