Backed by science!
I stumbled upon Dr. Shannon Ritchey and I’m so glad I did. I have bad joints and love to work out for results but always felt like a PT was more interested in just trying to heal my issues and a fitness trainer didn’t always have the proper knowledge to give the best exercise advice for when you have issues. Then comes the best of both worlds with Dr Shannon! Not only is she fun, but her podcasts cite clinical studies to back up her advice but goes to show she does her research and confident in the topic! If you’re interested in learning about science and the “why” behind good fitness, be sure to listen to her podcasts! You’ll learn a lot!
