“I found Dr. Shannon through Instagram and I’m sold. I’m always trying to find the right workout for myself and it’s been a loooong road. I’ve been injured lifting weights and doing Hiit and I still feel like I’m not even in that great of shape! I listened to both podcasts on ‘how much cardio do you really need’ and it blew my line! I’ve been killing myself doing super high intense cardio and I’m constantly injured - I looove the idea of being able to do less and less intensity and still get results!”
