Timely and refreshing!
I found Dr Shannon through Instagram and have become hooked on her podcasts and workouts! It seems like every podcast she has is speaking directly to me and my personal health journey. I’m a recovering cardio addict and in recovery from bilateral knee surgery so discovering her podcast came at just the perfect time for me as I craft my new health journey. The latest episode on cortisol explained so much to me about why my struggle has been so hard, restricting calories and working out excessively. She has given me hope that there is a better way! Thank you Dr Shannon!
