Description
In this episode I am joined by Erik Barzeski. Erik is an excellent golf coach whom I have personally worked with on my own game through video analysis of swings recorded at rage sessions, which were absolutely fantastic. I first learned about Erik after reading the book he co authored, Lowest Score Wins. I reached out to Erik to let him know how impressed I was by the book, and we have stayed in contact since, discussing a wide range of golf improvement related topics. I am always impressed with Erik’s knowledge, so was glad to finally have him as a guest on the podcast. Just before we get started, a reminder that Fit For Golf has its own app. Golfers of all ages and all standards are making huge strides in their golf performance, fitness, and health.
