“First off if your about feeling good, eating right, and working out properly this is a great pod cast to listen to for tips, motivation, and just over all good habits in fitness. They bust allot of fitness myths that people really need to hear about. The host Josh and Kyle keep the pod cast pretty fresh considering I was able to fill my ears for two weeks straight listening to all 137 episodes and wanting to listen to another again and again. So stop reading my review and just start listening.
Now for the encore... make sure you started listening by now... theses guys are awesome and they will say this a thousand times but they also have their own online coaching business witch they will pitch in almost every pod cast but don’t let that blind you from the key tips they provide in every episode. They also have a You Tube channel that teaches proper form and other tips about fitness. Also you can get a chance to see who is talking. Helped me out understand the podcast more when they referenced something. My divorce thing they say offend is your not going to achieve what your seeking to do in a week, a month, or 6 months. But you will achieve the body you want with consistency and good habits that you creat that will stay with you for a life time.”
