I recently listened to episode 462. It’s exactly what I needed to hear as I am currently in a cutting phase but have gotten so overwhelmed with how much food has played tricks on me! I find myself reaching for snacks all the time as it just feels habitual. It was nice listening to this episode to know I’m not alone and am not the only one who struggles with over eating. Listening to you folks has helped me become more cognizant and aware of my habits. I am trying to look for foods that satisfy me, have more volume but are less calorie dense.
