Excellent — and often spooky — short fiction
I love the idea of bite-sized stories to add a touch of dark fiction to your day. I did, however, end up listening to all of these in one sitting, and I don’t think that’s a bad approach. Honestly, they’re kind of addictive, and now that I’m finished, I wish there were more. I will say I enjoyed some stories better than others, but that is the nature of any story compilation and is based more on individual preference rather than quality. My particular favorites were Questions, Train to Topeka, and Ink, but there were plenty I liked.
