I so very much need this right now
I’ve only listened to a few episodes so far but I already know I will be going to Episode 1 and listening to every single one. I’ve never done this with a podcast. I heard her personal story and it could have been a paraphrase of my walk. I was amazed as she validated my need to step away from religion post-abuse to find the true God because of the tangling of abuse and faith during the 20 years of marital abuse that came in all forms and the contributing factor that was the church. I haven’t found an in-person Christian that gets this. So I’m camping out here for awhile with a community that understands.

I cannot begin to thank you enough, for this podcast and your website as well. I have felt so very alone in this process and I’m just now beginning to see that there are others out there who just don’t know how to give a voice to what has happened. Keep up the amazing work, we’re listening 😊
