Incredible resource and support!
I’ve been listening to these podcasts since August 2019 and I’ve definitely found encouragement and insight in every episode. I’ve also experienced time and time again where a story will be shared and it absolutely mirrors an experience of mine that I had forgotten or dismissed. I have found incredible support in the words used to describe experiences I have had, when I did not have the words myself. Actually that’s probably one of the biggest things that has kept me coming back: giving words to my feelings and experiences when I didn’t have them myself. This podcast is a tremendous resource for someone like myself who is in the process of getting out of an emotionally abusive relationship. At the same time it is also an incredible resource for people in general. Given how rampant emotional abuse is, even if you aren’t suffering from covert abuse, chances are you know somebody who is. Do you self a favour and listen to this podcast! My absolute favourites are the survivor stories. I recently found myself answering questions for my own story, which is really exciting development in my own healing journey. All the best to you - you found this podcast for a reason!

I feel like I’m finally able...Read full review »

I cannot begin to thank you enough, for this podcast and your website as well. I have felt so very alone in this process and I’m just now beginning to see that there are others out there who just don’t know how to give a voice to what has happened. Keep up the amazing work, we’re listening 😊
