Please tell conversations of a hobby
I love Alex’s YouTube videos and this is a well welcomed extension to them. Just a side note for S2E8 (rice episode) My background is from south east Asia and we grow different breeds of rice specifically for certain dishes (think like how we have different types of pasta for different dishes). I dislike basmati as it was more popularized for its quick cooking time and higher fat absorption levels which restaurants love. It is like the ‘mass farmed broiler chicken’ of rices. Grown for it’s genetic properties.
