“I work for fedex driving long hours everyday and am constantly looking for different podcasts to listen to. I recently discovered this podcast after a friend recommended Andy Frisella’s podcast “Real AF”, after falling in love with Andy’s messages and realness I followed him on social media which brought me to Emily’s Instagram page, which then introduced me to Emily and Mindy’s podcast and I am so happy it did!
I’m currently still catching up on old episodes of food in session but when I saw they were back with a new podcast I just couldn’t wait and began listening to the new episodes right away. These ladies have been giving awesome advice, tips, and tricks in all areas of life for years and I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to find them! Mindy and Emily are both great at explaining things and answering/looking into the questions we are all curious about. (Especially food/nutrition/organization/business) they are super entertaining, funny, down to earth, humble, and very inspirational. I highly recommend this podcast to literally everyone as I know anyone will be able to find something useful out of it.
