“Darragh is Mr Marmite. I can see why some people won’t like him but that’s their loss. The man speaks sense and talks passionately about football and business.
As it happens I share a lot of his values and opinions so it makes this good and easy listening.
As a football fan and a Posh fan, what I love is hearing his stories from the game, the people he speaks to, the deals he closes, he knows what he’s on about; and he likes to help other
Clubs and the game in general. Not sure I’d want to be on the opposite side of the negotiating table from him and that’s what’s made him so successful in business.
We are truly lucky at our little club to have a man with such passion, wealth, and vision. I did question his intelligence before when he employed Steve Evan’s, Graham Westley and Gary Johnson as managers but in life you have to kiss a few frogs before the prince shines through...... and that Prince is back in the hot seat for his third and hopefully permanent stint!!!
A good listen for any football fan without doubt.”
