Description
This week, hosts Siva, Karthik and Sapre are joined by Nishtha Kamal, a Manchester United fan, former Senior Editor at Sportskeeda and a marketer, to talk about the biggest game of the weekend - Southampton beat Aston Villa 4-3, followed by the other matches this weekend where United lost to Arsenal 0-1 game, the Liverpool winning 2-1 against West Ham, Newcastle beating Everton 2-1, and lots more from the world of football. And ofcourse, the FPL.Nishtha also talks about how she got interested in football and started supporting Manchester United, being a David de Gea bhakt, and discusses her Twitter thread where she talked about being a female sports fan, having the sort of credentials she has, but still getting a lot of condescending replies and being talked down to by boys when it comes to sports. They discuss why this sort of gender bias takes place, the mentalities around it and how we can work towards making it better.
