Chinese President Xi Jinping has said people are the cornerstones of the development of state-to-state relations in a letter to a forum titled "Bond with Kuliang” held in the city of Fuzhou. He encourages people from both China and the U.S. to carry forward the special bonds forged in Kuliang, so that friendship between the two peoples can stay forever strong and robust.
