“The old English Cheddar appetizer was smooth but for some reason tasted like pastry. I didn’t mind it. The half Irish, half Scottish stew was perhaps a bit bitter, but is sweetened by maple syrup and it pairs well with a Guinness. The Forrest of greens was for some reason delayed and arrived 30 seconds after everything else, but was worth the wait. Wasn’t sure how I would like the vegan addition but they really brought the flavour to what otherwise could have been a dull spread. Tying the whole thing together with a fortune cookie was a bold move but also perfect. Only recommendation would be to bring back Mike Tyson.”
