Synchronistic
I feel like coming across your podcast months ago was a piece divine intervention. A pot of the topics and experiences you express I can relate to in my past and present. I can relate also to some of your aspirations. Your podcasts is very insightful and listening to your own life’s perspective definitely in part has added perspective to mines. Thank you for being you and having the courage to be so raw and vulnerable in many of your episodes. (Not intended as a negative comment) As much as I love a group podcasts i - and maybe others too - wish you would do a lot more solo episodes. Truthfully I notice that when it’s just you and the mic you sound a lot more freer and more comfortable to be more open and relaxed in your expression. When it’s you and Tim there’s this underlying and most likely unintentional feeling like each owns ego is trying to be more expressive about eaches perspectives. Like a small play of dominance and submission. But it’s SO subtle it can totally be missed. Sometimes in the duo episodes you sound a little less sure about your perspectives against your male counterpart. It’s a little frustrating because in your solo episodes as I mentioned it’s a different experience. You speak with much more clarity. It’s just you and a diary (us) instead of you, us, and someone else who may share perspectives and experiences but couldn’t possibly see, relate, or express them with the same openness, vulnerability, and intimacy. Low key this podcast is YOUR thing just like music is TIMS, No offense. MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT to both for sharing knowledge and wisdom that’s helps many that are also on healing journeys.

More reviews of for the healthy hoes.
I’ve recently found Ri on YouTube and love the content, I didn’t know she had a podcast until 2 days ago after a friend posted this pod on instagram and I’m so glad that I ran across that because I love this along with her YouTube videos!

I love the realness of this podcast. I love how honest and open you are. It’s so hard to expose our insecurities in a world where everything is so superficial. Loving your flaws and embracing them is true self love. Great show
