Wise beyond her years 🧡
I am in my mid 40s and began my self-help journey just a few years ago. I left my career of 20 years that brought me very little joy and quickly found myself LOST and nearly without cause. I have been listening to bits and pieces of different self help podcast and I rarely even make it through one episode. In my search, I found the title of your show to be humorous, so I read the title and intro of each episode. The title of my first choice spoke to me, “grieving the old version of myself”. After I finished listening I immediately shared with my friends that I knew would also benefit from listening. I have now listened to all of the episodes and hope that you will continue. The references that you use are also very beneficial and I find myself stopping constantly to take notes. You asked what subjects or topics listeners might be interested in, but I think you should just continue doing what you are doing. no reason to overthink it or change some thing that is already working. Whatever you feel like talking about or journaling for the day is what you talk about. Thank you for sharing your journey. I look forward to future episodes.

Sunset Tim and Ri are 2 of my favorite people! I love and am a fan of everything they do, collectively and independently. They are very wise, talented, and inspiring.
