Description
We have a little holiday hiatus in podcast episodes with Thanksgiving coming up. But we have one more staff interview to share with you. This time, we interview Jennifer Schiller, one of the lower elementary school teachers. Along with a few more descriptions of our favorite works, we also want to tell you about some important events coming up at FCMS: The Big Give – this is the big fundraiser for our school. Anyone can donate at http://focomontessori.org/fundraising/donate-to-fcms/, and we tell you a few things that we think donations can really help out with in our classrooms. The December programs of “The Grinch” in the upper elementary and “O Tannenbaum” in the lower elementary will be presented at the Fort Collins Senior Center in December. The Chili Cookoff is less than three months away! It’s February 10th, 3-6PM at the Northside Aztlan Community Center. We have a competition for chili in the meat and meatless categories, a silent auction with over 100 items for bidding, kids activities, and trivia where each round has some prizes for the winners!
