Napoli and AC Milan remain the teams to beat, seeing off Sassuolo and Torino respectively. The Partenopei were again fired on by Victor Osimhen, while Christian Pulisic continued his bright start to life in Serie A with another goal for the Rossoneri. Juventus drew at home to Bologna, Atalanta lost on the road to Frosinone, Hellas Verona beat AS Roma, and Lazio lost at home to Mateo Retegui and Genoa.
