Finally- someone who gets me and knows how to move me into change
My sister recommended Frank James to me and I started binging his typology content on YouTube. Growing mostly apart- now in our mid 30s we found out we were both INFJs. I had known this of myself for a while- but didn’t think much of it. At the same time I have felt like a freak of nature navigating the world- overwhelmed by and overly tied to other’s feelings- Saddled with uncompromising idealism and belief in others that I have been unable to reproduce for myself. Watching FJ feels like me- finally telling me what’s up with myself. I wish he was there in my 20s- I find the podcast episodes so far illuminating on a basic level that seems long over due considering my tireless quest to fix myself. Honestly Frank- if you decide to offer individual life coaching- sign me up. Thanks for shifting my mindset in a way I can *finally* comprehend!

I don’t normally write reviews, but your content (this podcast and your YouTube channel) is incredible! Thanks for all you do!

Frank, I’ve just recently found your channel. I posted a comment on the video portion of this podcast on “Spiritual No Mans Land”. I am curious as to where you find yourself now. An update would be awesome. I just wrote a book, but I deleted it here and I’m emailing you instead. 😂

Life is hard. This Podcast helps. In particular response to episode 4: Spiritual No Man’s Land, you are not alone. This is almost exactly me right now. Not that that changes anything. But maybe it helps a little.
