Heaney can wait
I was in a bookshop in a train station in Dublin yesterday. In my hand were two books of poetry. One was ‘One Hundred poems by Seamus Heaney’ The other was a collection by Aoibhín Garrihy called ‘Every Night Is Full Of Stars’ I chose the latter. Later that night I started reading it. In her introduction she mentioned she loved The Frank Skinner Poetry Podcast. Today I began listening to said podcast..from the beginning and I have to say I have stumbled on a gem! Thank you Frank. Heaney can wait. He will always be there! Regards Brian Mc Nulty

More reviews of Frank Skinner's Poetry Podcast
This podcast has no fancy edits or expert analysis. It’s just honest and humble discussion of poetry, by someone who really enjoys the subject. Frank makes a daunting and intriguing topic accessible for all. I can’t wait for the next episode.
