No Man’s Land: Stories That Sing
I discovered Frank’s music only a couple of years ago. Frank Turner is a self-described history nerd who is also a fine singer/songwriter. In these collection of songs he has melded his love of history and music to tell the stories of little-known women from days gone by. Perhaps I’m biased because I’m a fan of Frank’s music, but I wholeheartedly recommend this podcast and the album, No Man’s Land. (Also, check out his other albums!)

If the first episode is any indication of what's to come this is going to be an amazing podcast. Love the Sister Rosetta episode, can't wait for the next one.Read full review »
