Smooth, charismatic and always with a twinkle in his eye… but enough about Frank Warren! Today’s guest, Fred Sirieix, found fame as the maître d’ in Channel 4’s First Dates. More recently, he’s been globetrotting with two restaurant pals in Gordon, Gino and Fred: American Road Trip.
In this conversation, Fred talks about his love of boxing (and sparring with his fiancée), the importance of being kind, and reveals how to be romantic in the time of the coronavirus. He’s also got some cheeky advice for Adam!
