The Mortimer and Kumar Session
Listen now
Description
In this Session I talk to Mortimer and Kumar Fyah, two amazing solo artists on the Gratitude Riddim.  Check out these artists' stories while listening to some of my favorite tracks from them.   Mortimer, talks about growing up in a home that did not support his passion of "non-secular" music and had to fight extremely hard to get to where he is now; His working relationship with Producer, Winta James and how family life motivates his writing. Kumar Fyah, came up in the scene with Raging Fyah and we talk about how that came about and what inspired the break-up; His Journey of becoming a successful Solo Artist and how a personal tragedy inspired his latest works on the Gratitude Riddim, "When The Smoke Clears".
