Was a fan of this podcast, and am an avid disciple of the Seven Habits. But the last podcast with Janice laid out some serious concerns with the inability of the host to know his own blind spots. His comments re: Latina women were inappropriate, and he and his guest were both critical of those showing their culture if it conflicted with the way Caucasian women should present themselves.
