“I’m listening to the Stacy Arras disappearance in Yosemite episode and the narrator says, “Cases with SIMULAR circumstances” it’s SIMILAR not SIMULAR. She has a very heavy Eastern Kentucky mountains accent where she pronounces words such as LIKE and BIKE with a long A sound. So Bike sounds like BAAACK and Like sounds like LAAACK. I’m not crazy about that accent and the mispronunciation of words. Mispronouncing words is just a lack of education, not an accent problem. It’s like people that call a chimney, a CHIMLEY. Very annoying. Other than that, this podcast literally puts me to sleep. Her low whispery voice is just boring.”
