Wonderful podcast
What I really appreciate about this podcast is that Monique acknowledges the hardships of overcoming trauma, without sounding hopeless. I find that some people either don’t acknowledge it and have a more “you have to move on” attitude towards it. Or, some podcasts dwell in the hardships and I don’t feel as motivated or hopeful afterwards. This podcast strikes the perfect balance to where the listener feels both validated and encouraged. She covers a wide range of subjects, is well-spoken and engaging. Definitely recommend!
