Saved my life ❤️
I feel like finding your podcast changed my life. I found it earlier this year when I was having panic attacks all day every day. Listening to the episodes was the only thing to calm me down. And then from there, I started researching even more about childhood trauma/childhood abuse and also EMDR professionals in my area. Now, I’m in the midst of going through an EMDR program with a psychiatrist and I feel more comfortable in my skin than I ever have before. It took not running from the issues and the memories, but instead running towards them. I just wanted to thank you for everything you do. Your podcasts really really help me!

I just love how simple and easy to ‘get’ Monique makes this all sound. It’s really rare for me to find a podcast that delivers so much so easily. The content has brought me peace of mind and I’m really looking forwards to more. Thank you!

I’ve have had over 7 therapist in my therapy life , two were amazing and helpful. I find this podcast to be right there with them. I’ve learned a lot and it’s helped me grow and heal a lot. Thank you.

I’m listening to this interview with a woman who is saying nothing about attachment. She has a Slovak accent. I’m triggered by her word salad. She says nothing. Maybe it’s her lack of translation? She mentions the word attachment. But there’s not a genuine connection. That’s my perception.
