“This podcast is my “good morning world” motivation - perfect on the balcony welcoming the day with coffee. Tonya’s heart of kindness towards her listeners is so evident, and her “been there done that” stories so relatable. Yet she is completely inspirational and doesn’t lack depth and breadth in what she covers. I’ve also been a member of School of Self Image and can highly recommend this too - it was a cornerstone for me during some big life changes that occurred through the pandemic. 5 star podcast - highly, highly recommend.”
