Description
Grounding is a practice often used when we feel out of balance, disconnected from life or confused and emotionally unstable.  We are easily distracted and find it difficult to concentrate and operate on day to day tasks.  One way of grounding is to spend time in Nature walking barefoot and really feeling our feet connecting to the Earth. In this episode, I lead you on a grounding visualization and we repeat powerful affirmations of presence.
